Requirements To Enroll In OHCM

1.  ID (Proof of Residency of Bulloch County including two non-family members to
vouch that you are a Bulloch County Resident)
2.  Clear: Arrests Warrants, Background Check and Sex-Offender Registry
3.  Verifiable Need of Shelter
4.  Teachable and Interested in Learning Life Skills and Character Development
5.  “Match” for OHCM, Include, but not limited to the following:
A.  Non-Clinical Issues
B.  Non-Convalescent (Male: Lift 50 lbs.  Female: Lift 35 lbs.)
C.  Documentation of Status as Non-Participant in Public Benefit Program(s)
D.  Open to Change and Spiritual Growth
6.  Understanding and Acceptance of High Standards, Strong Boundaries, Clear
Direction

7.  Employed (Unemployed must work day labor until employment is secured.)
8.  Agreement with and compliance to Non-Tolerant Policies (Non-tolerance: drugs,
alcohol, tobacco, violence or threat of violence)
9.  Acceptance of and Submission to Established Authority
10. Willingness to Serve in Assigned Duties (Mission and Community)
11. Commitment to Respond Properly to ALL VOLUNTEERS
12. Understand and Agree to Follow ALL House Rules
13. Agreement to Transparency Policy, including inspection of ALL Personal Items,
unannounced drug/alcohol testing and Regular Review of Personal Savings
